RE: Change in Global Address List no reflecting in Outlook 2010

As per the trail mail, we see the details are updated in admin portal and same contacts are replicating in OWA. Since you are verifying from outlook you might be checking in offline address book. In outlook client there will be 2 types of address book

1) Offline Address Book - Which take up to 24 hours for the changes to replicate.

2) Online Address Book - Will replicate the changes immediately in GAL.

Please select "Global Address List" in outlook address book to see the changes.

However, it will take to replicate in any outlook client application 24 hours’ time.

Please have the same verified and do revert us in case of any further assistance.
